if you stop getting bigger, how do you know it's because of lack of roids or lack of caloreis/protien?

Do not forget about rest/healing...I got up to clean and pressing 225 for one clean and 6 reps on the pres, but never could get above that no matter hard I tried...I wonder how much stronger i would get on that lift if i used PED's?

if you replace two meals per day with catfood, you're gains will skyrocket.
replace breakfast with dry catfood with milk and a teaspoon of sugar, and replace your post workout meal with a can of Fancy-Feast.

Seriously, do you know how many calories per day you eat and the macro splits? If not, perhaps starting there would be good, you might be surprised.

If you're putting on more fat than muscle then obviously you don't want to up the calories anymore.

i just try to get make sure i have at least 200 grams of complete proteins
for protein i assume it's underdosed so i assume 3 scoops is 50 grams instead of the labels claim of 66grams

as for the rest of the calories i just weigh myself everyday
and try to eat more or less based on that :-\

Gear is only a part of it and even the guys on many, many grams a week will tell you that you have to dial in your diet. Start logging your food (and any non-water) drinks. There are some general guidelines, but everybody is a bit different, so you'll have to experiment with your intake. Sadly, diet is not as simple as "double the dose" to get better gains.
I would think that you would want to be as efficient with all of your resources (gear, money, training-time) on your quest to 18". Get the diet dialed in.

Dude based on your latest pics I'd say you're still real lean. Lean bulk is the way to go but you still need to eat and make sure you get enough calories in not just protein.

I actually look like complete shit and I know exactly what I eat on a daily basis. Would hate to think about what I would look like without that going for me. I just ate 1.5 pounds of cooked chicken and a small amount of rice for lunch.
150g protein
25g carbs
~10g fats of various types (rice was cooked in coconut oil).

if you are eating 3 solid meals plus snacks then your body has more than enough calories, plus you need to be training at least 4 times per week plus getting enough sleep, if you are already doing all of this and not getting any bigger then its time to increase your steroid dosage.

it goes under the ppls radar that hes very lean all year.
that said, maybe hes really curious, or others are.
if you up the dosage, some more gains could happen on same foods.
if you up the food on same dosage, gains can happen, but one has to be honest as to when its too much fat that is gained.if that point is reached, up the dose.and maybe the food,a little bit.
that said, i dont count calories, after few years one knows what is too much or too little for them.

If you're eating 2g/lb for protein, have lowish carbs and eat a natural human diet so no processed stuff and you're not getting fatter but not more muscular- the issue is clearly hormonal

I simply can't shove food down these days, no appetite. However when running 4g of gear u better damn learn how to force yourself otherwise you are wasting your time (I did). Regardless a lean bulk always looks better in my opinion

I've been repeating this a lot lately but I follow a natural human diet and it's ketogenic
Because I don't have high levels of glucose in my blood, when I eat my insulin will spike which sends me a little hypo and makes me hungry. Normally in meals I get progressively hungrier and hungrier and will be hungry for a good 45 minutes post meal. It's not unusual on my high calorie days to eat 5,000kcal in one sitting
This here I made on Sunday, chicken wing rogan josh made with 2kg of wings. Also has 2 fingers of butter and a finger of beef lard in there which I used to cook it. 5,000kcal, 400g of protein and I ate it in 20 minutes lol. Had to snack on almonds later at night.

Spicy food tastes amazing, lowers systemic inflammation (especially tumeric, ginger, cardamom, pepper, cinnamon) and kicks up your metabolic rate
I literally don't know why you wouldn't have your food as spicy as you can bear lol. I am normally pouring with sweat when I eat
