Title: No extreme amount of fat intake will give you the gains of just moderate carb
Post by: Marty Champions on November 14, 2013, 04:46:01 PM
intake

eating more carbs since im down to 270 to replenish from all the cardio, definitly filling out

today i decided no cardio and just give an experiment with my standing dumbell rows witth the 40 pound dumbells. i easily got 60 reps some rest paused without having to put them down in one set. im sure i used to do more when i was like 20 but this is a 10 rep improvement atleast in this current time frame

water intake everyday is crucial. aim for 2.5 gallons of water but be happy if you acheive 1.7-2.0 gallons a day

you wont have the energy after a high carb meal if you dont drink the water after it

i didnt think id be getting a little bit stronger being much lighter and eating alot less fat

i used to eat a few hundred grams of fat a day when i weighed over 300 . thinking this would give me some crazy hormonal benefit from the fat. i was totally wrong . i am stronger at a lighter bodywieght eating less fat

im not even maxing out my carb intake either just eating as needed. i restrict everything during the day still do the fruit with one teaspoon of peanutbutter per apple or banana
