Falcon has lost about 50 lbs utilizing a high carb diet. He burns most all of them up during the day standing and painting and has started back with weights and cardio. I would not advise the high carb diet for say a sedentary office worker if you eat alot of carbs you need to burn them daily.

then, depending on insulin senstitivity lebvels and muscle mass, some goes to muscle, some is stored in liver, and some is sent to bloodstream.

it will cause fat gain within the muscle for sporty ppl, and can go as far as within the bones.
