Title: What would Elvis, Kurt Cobain, John Lennon, Jimi, Bob Marley look like today?

true... Cobain wasn't taking good care of himself... he aged a ton in his last few years.

He'd be shaved head balding, way fatter face, and yeah, face would be beat up.
