gaining muscle will give some extra metabolism boost,even at rest, and especialy when being active.
gaining fat will actualy also give a metabolic boost.
but muscle is something like 5-10times more metabolicaly active than fat, i forgot how much exactly.
by far best choice is being active, or cardio, bc gaining muscle takes a while, gaining fat is very easy and fast done, but cant be the goal
clen and efedrine will raise metabolism by 5%, thats nothing.
ok efedrine will kill the hunger, thats useful.
dnp will raise metabolism by much more, but sides are too harsh, and will be flat all the time, sweating will be brutal.
cytomel will burn off everything,it makes no prisoners.have to run high aas dosage to keep the muscle with this.
the metabolism raise from steroids alone is neglectable,not worth mention imo
hgh,hard to say, doubt it raises metabloic rate more than efedrine.
before id ut any costly health ruining drugs into myself just to boost metablosim,id just do 20-30minutes cardio a day, thatll be 200-400cals a day fatloss, this adds up over time and can even be done at home while watching tv or being on the phone.
the thing with the fatburners is, one day youll come off of them and then have the rebound.

this. u dont need fatburners or tren or gh just do 25 mins of Intervall cardio after weight Training and be active thats very important as gal said it..
in the last 4 weeks i did 25 min cardio after every training session i also ride bicycle all the time when i go to school or to city and i went down from 94 to 85 Kilos...

hot or cold food, the metabolic increae from that is absolute minimal.
but i read that couple minutes in a freezing sauna (minus 80degree celsius, dont knwo about farenheit, but this is cold as fuck), with bit covering the kidney area etc for safety, burns 1500cals in 10minutes.
im not sure if this can be true or if they meant 150cals, it was a journalist who claimed so, not a scientist.

howver long it takes, 400cals every day, it will burns off 1lb of pure fat weekly.

thats what I thought too.... I actually dropped cardio and upped my cals to a couole hundred under maint, and ive been losing more fat than doing a half hour of cardio 4x weekly after lifting while eating 750+ under maint.

if your magically losing after youve stopped cardio is only because your body is playing catch up restoring its glycogen thus increasing metabolism

im losing after stopping cardio because im still eatin under my maint. Im holding more muscle than I was while killing myself with cardio and starving myself.
My point is that you can lose the fat efficiently without doing shit tons of cardio.

what he says is accurate. ive used it 3 times, 3 different ways.
its not just the sweating. its the lethargy that is very difficult to deal with. just the very act of walking makes it feel like your walking in waist deep water.
what you hear about the sweating isnt exaggerated. you're fine if your not sleeping or eating, otherwise for some reason these two activities cause you to sweat tremendously. im talking changing bath towels twice a night that your sleeping on and sweat rolling down your face and off the tip of your nose into your food while eating.
i wouldnt recommend anyone take. your better off just dieting for an extra 4-6 weeks. everyone wants a magic pill. there is no magic pill. no matter what path you take to get lean your going to have to suffer, either chemically or dietarily.

it got me insanely lean. without cardio. didnt lose any lean tissue. looked great. then about 3 weeks out like everyone else i start to push the panic button. i start doing 2 hours of cardio a day lol. i went from cruising along nicely to having my blood sugar go haywire to the point where i thought i was going to faint (enter in massive sugar binges- i'd do my cardio walking outside. my blood sugar would drop, id be shaking and sweating, so id walk to the supermarket buy a tray of cinnamon buns with icing and eat them while walking home :D). i lost lean tissue. typically its very hard to lose lean tissue, most of the time its glycogen and water. if you fuck up you will lose tissue on dnp- i found out the hard way. i was heartbroken. dieted on nothing but 4lbs (edit, maybe it was more like 6, all i know was i was spending like a g note in breast a month) of breast a day for 10 weeks- no carbs, or fat, just greens and chicken breast and blew it all in two weeks.
