this is akin to those "safari hunts" where the animals are fed and staged for the "tourist hunters"

I have traveled all over the Caribbean and several places have the "staged for tourist" feel to it, so this is just and extension of that.

Yes, I've heard of that...and this does look like an extension of that.
What next, Brazil does the "Favela Experience"?
