the average getbigger is a sick fuck they enjoy constipation meat gives them, they favor the feeling of a thick dry tree branch packed deep because going to barbecues are fun times, nothing better than getting along with everyone and acting like everyone else ::)

falcone, problem can be more complicated for someone (me for example): the analisys of the stone showed I "made" them 60% because of acid uric (meat and similar) and 40% with calcium (cheese and similar)...

x2, same with carbonated soft drinks, especially diet ones, they decalcifies your bones for the body to be able to neutralize the acid, just adding more calcium doesn't even begin to fix this

Falcon is right on this one. I barely eat any meat anymore, and I haven't lost a bit of weight or strength. It basically just causes health issues and makes your shit smell super bad

what is tragic is that the bible doesnt preach this
there should atleast be one chapter on heme-iron
however perhaps this heme-iron is something for people to discover on there own, thus why it is ommitted for good reason perhaps

argueing they are the fittest athletes so they must be the healthiest
is like arguing bodybuilders are the healthiest people around
also the fact that they inject you with epo to "fight cancer" seems to be having the opposite proposed effect , how is it "fighting" cancer if it isnt curing it?

I was told to eat a diet low in oxalates, things like spinach, dark berries, teas etc! Also a lot of vitamin C will can add to the forming of stones! Took me over forty years to form one, hopefully I won't get anymore so fa so good!

oxalates have no real bearing on the issue
same for phytates,
oxalates and phyates are names or titles given to groups of food, intended to have meaning or differentiate them from other foods
but in reality just because a food may have oxalates or phytates means nothing in practical terms. all beans have phytates, so are you going to avoid beans? hell no its one of the most perfect vegetarian foods. no one gets kidney stones from spinach and beans lol

No, I really have not avoided the foods,on the list! I love beans and eat spinach etc. I do always try to drink a lot of water which I always did!
