Big dude...all the way big dude.
-
Incredible lifting, good at any time but even more impressive that close to a show. Must be a ridiculous hyper-responder if he can get results from doing only two or three reps in each set as well.
-
biceps are ridiculious
-
very impressive, thanks for posting
-
Dennis Wolf like-calves.
-
He is a very strong BB.
-
Promising up and comer. Reminds me of Melvin Anthony from what I saw.
-
Strong no doubt, but no middle back thickness and his lats are high.
-
Huge dude. Stupid shoes.
-
Fake, tape wasn't held tight, maybe 21.5 at most
-
Damn. Nice clean double at 675. Big strong cat. Sounds like a good dude too.
-
Nice guy he is

do you still eat a shitload of carbs?
what diet do you attribute your strenth to most
high carbs
or balance of fats
or timing of fats and or carbs

He looks more impressive with his T-shirt on than he does with the T-top. Insane potential and crazy strength though. I'm cringing at the deadlifts though having had two herniated discs. I think Sumo are the way to go - takes the stress on the lowerback out of the lift.
I loved bodybuilding in the 90s, but then again i was a teenager in that time, not knowing much and believing everything. Now i look at this guy and can only think of how many other things he could do with all that potential. Why not try for the NFL or go into fighting? If you're gonna risk your health why not do it for something worthwhile?
He doesn't look that cut up for two weeks out.
No hate here though. Very strong dude and seems level headed i guess.

Reminds me a lil of Victor Richards
-
Seems like a nice fella. Impressive deadlifting right there.

Lol. 9/10 of your posts here is trying to justify to yourself and others that lifting light weights and not doing compounds is optimal for muscle mass. You're a pussy plain and simple.

Yep, I agree with you on that. And yes, great bis as well.

With that type of genetics, I wonder why Hebrews wandered around for 40 years in the desert.

builds great character.

Akim's strong as fuck, can pull off the Sergio hands over head pose! See if he can come in dry and ripped in his first pro show.

I was going to add that. Stephen Frazier also has great bis. And so did Melvin. In fact, one of Melvin's biceps had a double/split peak like Ronnie's.

Bigger arms than Groink's are not necessary.
-
should be publicly flogged for having 22" arms and epic 12" calves

Heavy deadlifts don't cause back injuries, having a weak back does.
Have you considered perhaps that pursuing his passion is "worthwhile" to him?
He won the show and turned pro so who cares what he looked like 2.5 Weeks out.

Levrone was known for doing the same thing only days out of a show.
