This week, both paco and i are 5 days sick with fever because of overtraining.
6 monthes ago, i got 5 days high fever also and i had to go to hospital and doc said "Overtraining."
My japanese friend couldnt go to trip because of training his calves too much and burned his calves.
Why?? Because we are from late 80s!!Sons of intensity!
Getbigers! Tell me your or your friend legend like this intensity!

I once went to the gym even though I had stubbed my toe on a step the week before
Boom 8)

Calvin did a few sets of an exercise while standing once.....

I train at 85% intensity, and only lift heavy every 4th workout, but never all the way to failure. No illness, just feel strong and healthy. When I was training for football in university I would over train all the time, running stadiums and hills until walking was impossible, and a headaches would loom. The odd time throwing up. I was a lot moodier back then too. Older, wiser, wider.

Heart attacks and cancer

Some times on bicep day I don't even take a sip of my Intra-workout carb drink. 35 minutes straight intensity.

LOL, show this intesity on video. All the videos I've seen you've trained very submaximally.
Like Paco stopping squat sets 20 reps from failure.
Paco has a fever from overtraining? More like fever from overinjecting :D

Dude, when that's submaximally to you, I'd love to see your training. Paco and Kyomu are the hardest training guys out there (when it comes to intensity, not weight).

I don't remember seeing that video. OK, you got some straight sets to failure there, good.
Let's see some forced reps, dropsets and negatives on squats. :D

you'd have to be certifiably insane to do any of those on squats, leg press maybe but squatting to failure is dangerous enough once the back and stabilizers are fatigued.
probably test flu but if they actually trained hard enough to cause rhabdomyolysis that's also retarded and pointless
