It's not exactly difficult to keep your natural testosterone high. Mine was in the low 900s at my last check up, but I was 23 and had never taken anything more than 8 weeks

no shit at 23.......still getting a morning hard on like clockwork, right son. That changes in your 40's, no matter what Gods you pray too. Enjoy it (youth), it fades....faster then you know.

Nomadic people seem to have no issue maintaining high testosterone levels well into old age though.
Lifestyle is the main issue really. If you have low testosterone:
Are you getting in an hour of exercise every day out in the open air?
Do you follow a natural human diet?
Are you getting laid on the regular?
And so on

LOL @ 23! I am pushing 50 and my levels are for shit. And I exercise, get good clean air, the wife sexes the shit outta me regularly. I am not fucking nomadic, tho, so,maybe THAT'S my problem.

Almost 100% paleo/keto. Been around 200-250 protein, <100g carbs, the rest fats. About 2500 cals/day.

Dunno, I know plenty of old dudes and they have managed to get their levels up to the 500's easily enough
I'm not an endo tho, so I admit defeat. Was just under the impression good natural human diet and plenty of exercise would be enough

It's ok. I hate to think what my levels would be if I wasn't around 10% with a clean diet.

My father is 54 and his total test is 605.. He eats very clean and works out like an animal

i'm 31, on TRT, sleep with a cpap machine, half the time my junk won't work due to stimulant abuse, have bad insomnia have to take a slew of drugs to relax to sleep
