Title: Blast from the past (best video ever )

I remember  waking up early on Sunday mornings to watch aerobics  and fitness competitions on ESPN and admiring those men, but never thought I could achieve that level of fitness.  I remember when I bought my first  bright purple and pink  singlet (with matching headband ) and electric blue high top Reeboks , fuck I miss the 80's

These guys were my heroes, where are they now ?
