every food will benefit something.
i just havent figured out how i can utilize fats though
now im fairly lean i dont eat much fat , and if i do ill get zits even if its healthy fat. but i know fat is good for you from nuts n stuff but they make me gain weight

i have no clue about knowledge of fats
i thought i did when i was younger, but as im older and without heme-iron, i find i cant burn of fats the way i would like. high carbs have gotten me decently leaner not ripped but skin looks healthy.
i have no clue what to do with fats.

I've always wondered if motor oil and other mechanical lubricants would be healthy if not for the lead and heme iron like compounds?

ive stopped worrying about it since ive tried every sort of diet. now im all about figuring out electricity and energy geometry

Just keep a little peanut butter in there for fats you will be ok.
