Meaning your knees are extending too far beyond your toes, which is very hard on knees. Try squatting onto a low stool which you set far enough back that you have to stick you butt out to hit it. Also, pay attention to your upper body posture. I trick I was taught was to look at a spot high on the wall in order to keep my head in the correct position. Also, go light on the weights until you get your form down pat.
