ipconfig/release and renew will give you the same ip address again.....all it does is release your internal private address and renew it, but it does not change it to something else......most ISP will change your public IP every couple of months. that's the public IP the outside world can see. now unless you can use a WiFi spot where your address can change, it's unlikely you can change your ip from home to something completely different

Not playing, creating magic. ;) I tend to get obsessed with things, regardless how ridiculous they may be. I wouldn't even call it training these days. Just lifting enough to not be small.
