 Serious question:  What is your opinion on green superfood powders?  Are they worth it if you don't want to eat tons of fresh veggies?

 i personaly dont have the time or desire to cook up a shitload of fresh veggies or even peel a fucking orange
 
 so i go with v8 juice, you know it fucking good as shit for you
 
 if you grind up fresh juices in a blender its too much pulp
 
 your body needs refined CARBS period!
 
 ive done all the diets , blended up fresh veggies its too much pulp. half the pulp shoul be dumped in the ground and replanted (this is optimal earth conservations at its finest)
 
 ive realized i needed grape juice , pretzels (yes a shitload of low fat carbs, the body of christ in the bible) , i always shoot a shitload of cum after eating a bag of pretzels the day before im talking the BIG bag

 EAT half auntjemima HALF Quinoa pancakes with a shitload of grape jelly
 
 oats with a shitload of 100 percent maple syrup from a tree

 quinoa is a super food and yes you feel about 30 percent more energy eating  a half quinoa half regular pancake, i dont feel as sluggish i feel energized
 
 anything with chocolate or caffiene labeld a superfood is only giving you energy because these substances or act like drugs but arent really super foods because you get headaches when you come off cchocolate or caffiened

 Yeah i hear you about the carbs.  I can't eat the amount you do though.  I would be a permafatso if i ate that much.   Quinoa is great stuff.  The superfood product i bought doesnt have caffeine or chocolate.  It looks good. organic and has tons of probiotics and fruit extracts.

 I'm going to chime in here.....ABSOLUTELY.
 
 Of course you should eat the veggies as well....but with or without veggies these things are absolutely worth it.
 
 Naka has one that is in liquid form...I absolutely recommend it and notice a huge difference. I also know oncologists that swear by this stuff....Naka Liquid Greens.

 Yeah, I bought a powdered version that has a lot of good stuff in it.  Gonna start using it everyday from now on.  I will try that Naka product too.  Thanks for the recommendation.
