Title: Just rewatched AHX after a few years

And norton was tiny, cant have been more than 165-70 at 12%, not sure why people thought he was big

ving rhames is 200lb and never benched more than 300 but he's known as a "huge" guy.

people forget that hollywood big is pretty small. an actual bodybuilder on screen would look cartoonish and stupid (not that they don't anyway)

He was 180lbs I think, I too used to think he was big and wanted to look like him.
