is it even possible?
what i mean is, we have 2 vertical rows of "6packs",one left of the navel one to the right(yeah this seems obvious, but wh not teach the fatties a bit,they cant know this).
now lets say one side the "Plates" are much thicker and bigger than the other.
how to fix that?

I've never seen or heard of "imbalanced" abs. This is a new phenomena to me.

you "can" inject synthol into anus, or eyeballs.
can and should is not the same.
now, as for the abs, if you come from other sports,where you did many many repetitive movements,involving the abs, they can and will grow an imbalance.
i dont think its ever fixable, no matter how i try to concentrate on one side, the strong side always always takes over.

yeah im afraid so, absolutely nothing seems to work, and the receptors in the obliques dont help either, gonna have to settle with the as is situation.
theres more such imbalances, but the abs really are annoying.

In sum, no you can't change the symmetry. And yours are the right amount of symmetrical...nobody wants COMPLETELY symmetrical abs, it looks creepy/fake/photoshopped

OK Gal,fuck it.......the only true solution is to put on a thick ass blanket of fat and become a full fledged permabulker....no one will notice the "imbalance" then for sure.

I managed to fix it, but it took me a few years. My abs were straight up lopsided from playing baseball my whole life growing up (swinging/throwing the same way...think like Cutler's). When I say fix, I mean got them to not be staggered by a full inch, and only maybe 1/10 to 1/7 of an inch. Lots of body weight side bends with exactly the same amount of reps on the same side after all my other ab stuff. I had laproscopic surgery here recently, but I'm a bit more doubtful I can fix it this time. Will try though.
OK, after seeing the pics you are talking about one row being thicker than the other. Yeah, not even the same problem I was thinking. Same concept I would suppose to help with your OCD though.

this is exactly what i was looking for.
i did very similiar movement to throwing a baseball, its practicaly identical, over and over and over.
you know exactly what i mean, i can read that.very same thing.
where one side gets flexed hard and then with tension rotation,the other follows, to speed up the throwing momentum.
now the "worst" is the lower part,the upper are atleast both thick,but ones still way thicker, just looking at it now.
at least the weaker side is the the same on top and down.
i gather you had the same problem, from top row to low row.
so what exercise did you do to fix the weak side?
did you differenciate bweetween upper and lower row?
my weak side is the left.

the problem with that, before the abs fade, the fat around armpits and lower chest will flood the pecs :-X
ppl, you say theres no difference, there is, esp in person,the pics are way misleading for some reason.
you dont see the "depht" on the pics, the one side sticks out half inch further,lol

OK,even if they are asymettrical bro,with your physique,nobody will ever notice the minute difference.
Lots of top guys,even Nubret and Pastel had abs that were a bit uneven on either side.

Well if you look on my globe pics in my profile, you can see how much I was able to correct them as a natural. My abs were SERIOUSLY jacked up looking, Cutler had better shaped abs. No kidding. They aren't amazing now, but light years from what they were. They were literally staggered by almost a full brick. People would literally go "WTF o_O" at my abs, and not in a god way. I did a lot of ab exercises that put emphasis on movement to one side or the other, and made certain to always do the same amount. If you look at the full on front shot, my left side is more fully developed all the way up/down whereas my right seems to stop. Considering how staggered they were, I am pretty damn happy with what I pulled off.
Honestly I don't even remember which side was the weak side any more since it was so long ago that I was able to fix the stagger. I do distinctly remember doing a lot of Roman Chair side bends with the weaker side to failure first, then immediately following it up with the other side to the same exact reps, even if it wasn't failure for them. They were at their absolute best doing this followed by tabata stylesprints for half a mile.
Another thing I would do, still do, is sit my lower back on a bench (or hang from a bar pushing my hips out while letting my legs dead-weight) and focus on stretching out the "feeling" for the look I wanted for my stomach. I suspect this is pure BS but it suspect it worked. Like religion!
The downside to how I "fixed" them is that my obliques are a bit wider than I would like.

Hey man, enjoy the abs while your young, don't get caught up in the tiny details its just stress you don't need. Be happy to see all 6 and show it off to all the ladies. Trust me they are not judging the millimeter size difference man.
I think its common..I never noticed on my abs back in the day (just glad to have all 6 visible for the ladies) but I did notice that my right arm (bi, tri and forearm) was always a little bigger and stronger (could always get 2-3 more reps out with same weight). The only one that notices was me. When I brought it up to my wife she laughed at my ass and said I was worrying about insignificant shit like a bitch. Never complained (out loud) after that.

My left tricep is way better than my right.

At six weeks old, I had surgery and my right abs were opened up. Now, I have a pointy rib and a lot of scar tissue on that side. My Olympia quest is over... :(

I can most definitely fire off my left side or right independently when sitting/standing relaxed.
