Checkout "Roys" left leg. Notice the high "bally" calf. Also notice the slight bow-legged appearance. That is sort of what I'm basing my guess on. But again... just a guess.

It's Roy Callender.  Wait, I think that was the 1968 IFBB Mr. Universe, where Zane beat Arnold:

But it only lists the top 8 there, not everyone in the photo is named.  But I am pretty sure that pic is from the 1968 IFBB Universe because I read an article in M&F about that contest years ago (the article was titled "It Happened in '68" and the author was Dick Tyler) and that same photo was featured in the article.

I always thought it was a funny pic with that little miniature dude standing there next to Arnold. :D

The Name Is "Takesi Kimura" and we affectionally  refer to  him on Ironage as "Little Guy"!

His height (5' 1 1/4") and  here were his measurements...

(His age now is 62 BTW), In the pics he's 18 with a weight of 133 1/4, arms 14 1/4", forearms 12 1/2", chest 41 3/4", waist 27 1/2", thighs 22", calves 13 3/4".
This info was from a letter he wrote to Ben Weider and was published in the  April 1962 Mr. America along with the pictures.

My collection goes way back!

Zane beat Arnold. Arnold was smooth,didn't train his calves at the time, had no tan and couldn't pose. He took a lot of lessons from this defeat.
