Came across this website and im not sure if its a horrific attempt at being legit or an absolute piss take. The "model" for the site (am guessing its his site) must be all by himself in a world of his own....

That site is fucking brilliant, good find. That is exactly how I picture 99% of the exercise forum, and most people giving advice about lifting on the internet
