I eat it for breakfast every morning
-
Whats the cost on that stuff?

This is good stuff, tastes great too. It is a bit more economical to just buy regular muscle milk and mix it in rolled oats although is a bit higher in fat. I mix it with cheerios sometimes too.

Down at the bottom, muscle milk and oats

Just had Muscle Milk pancakes this morning. Jus added a couple scoops of vanilla MM to the batter and it was great.

They sell it for four bucks at my gym. Never tried it though.

Any one ever try the Muscle Milk Pina Colada?

I've been putting Muscle Milk in oatmeal for ages. Today I had Banana. Much cheaper than the pre packaged and just as good. The Egg Nog, a new flavor for Christmas and have been told the name will be changed, but the stuff will be the same and it's GREAT with oatmeal. 1 cup reg oatmeal @ $1.39 for a big tub, 5 packets splenda, a dash of cinnamon, 1.5 scoops of MM, 1 cup water and after 2 1/2 min in the micro it's done. If to dry just add a little coffee. It's a nice change from egg whites everyday. Too good to be so good for you.
