Regarding Mr. True Adonis,
I literally do not know where to begin.
A million words cannot describe how much thankful i am to you, particularly because you changed my attitude towards true adonis thanks to you pointing out he is full of shit and his principles are made up for attention on the internetz , i have done the opposite with great success.
I have been waiting for my account to be approved for five years which is the last time adonis posted a new pic, don't know what was wrong with the moderators here... i just wanted to let you know that I have been reading your posts everyday, for a long time,because i think you are an absolutely intelligent individual and way ahead of your time.
Thank you for preventing me wasting my time looking for the dead lift video , i cant find any posts adonis has made that have any evidence to back them up can you find any (If you are busy etc there is no problem at all)

For all his uselessness, you can't take away that when someone thinks of the best things that have ever happened on getbig, Vince G will be in there somewhere.
