looks like site injections, not synthol, gives the bicep a temporary swollen peek for 2 to 3 days.

I've seen natural people with peaks like that.  Two types though.  1- People that have torn their biceps and it "rolled" upwards like that  2 - People will soon tear their biceps.

Short insertions are a liability if you are trying to train with heavy weight.
