all leave out one detail in there studies
the studies were done with meat eaters
if they did the studies on vegetarians you would get different results
you could still get a "bad" result even being a vegetarian if they dont eat vegetables or workout, rather these "vegetarians" just eat snack cakes and junk food
love how the media is indirectly pushing eating shitloads of meat with these sugar studies. fucking brilliant i say

Eating tons of sugar is bad for glucose metabolism and energy homeostasis regardless of meat consumption.
These studies aren't bias and aren't pushing anyone to eat meat. They've objective, peer-reviewed and do not present conflicting interests such as pushing people onto meat. Almost all the big studies cover things like sugar-sweetened beverage consumption and illustrate the link between SSB consumption, weight gain and glucose and insulin impairment.
I'm not sure what research articles you're reading or which media outlets you're talking about, but I don't see anyone pushing meat agendas. I'm excluding all the hype for diets like the paleo diet or whatever other diet is the flavor of the week. Everyone should just eat sensibly and avoid gimmicks. Those don't count.

Sugar is poison and will eventually be outlawed.

lol you've never read a study in your life, have you? All of the popular ones say nothing about meat. They're all done with concerns to the increase of sugar sweetened beverages and the huge increase of refined sugars in junk food that people are consuming.
You're truly paranoid.

Obesity is the culprit. Not the sugar, not the meat. It makes no difference how they got obese.

well but how do ppl get obese?
its simply too much of calorie dense foods.
neither too much carbs nor too much fats.
its simply too much of everything and being lazy, inactive.
but if one knows how the human body metabolises foods,(i do, seriously, mean science not the bbuilding crap),and sees average ppls diet, its a wonder not many more are obese.
well, on the other hand, quite fat ppl are dscribed as "slim" these days.

meat plus sugar= energy shutdown unless you throw in a shitload of vegetables
being lean means nothing, ive seen plenty of lazy lean tired people looking like sleepy zombies because there insides are shut down
you dont care to see an improvement, you must think exercise is the solution but the thing is people cant exercise eating meat and sugar, because thats what they already ate and its not giving them the energy
-
duh everyone eats meat and sugar, it will make them lean or obese, the commonality is they are shut-down energy wise and become unhealthy
hahah at being "lean" means healthy. the only lean older people on here are all on roids or are lazy as fuck

You've become bitter since the epic leans have eluded you.
You should go back to pulling oil, eating kale sandwiches and standing all day. Maybe give those quads a quick tensing to see if it balances your equilibrium.

Very good observation. Indians are the biggest consumers of sugar but are also vegetarian and have a low cancer rate.
