Figure my lean body mass is about 180. On 250/week of test e, how much protein? I currently eat about 200g/ day. Want to grow while getting lean for summer, if that is possible.

it depends on how much other macros youre having.
200-300 is good baseline, will make extensive post later on.

Between 100-150g carbs and the rest fats to come up to about 2500 cals.

Depends on how much you can utilize and process in the body. If you are eating and taking 2-3 dumps a day... then that isn't doing a damn thing for you.

200 will be plenty then, maybe even 150 is enough.
got to get a feel for it, i up it to 250-300 on those extra cardio days with no or very little carbs.
you know,when it feels like stuffing yourself and too much comes out as poo, its too much.
sometimes i even do 50-100gr protein a day and weirdly, look better the day after.
you will know, esp on gear,if fatrolls grow, then its wo doubt too much of something, its very hard to get fat on gear if diet is in order and not too much food in general.
dont eat if not hungry.

Depends on overall calorie intake and whether or not you're in a deficit and if so how much of deficit. Bigger deficit = bigger protein requirements. Small deficit = smaller protein requirements.
If you're going for a recomp you don't need high protein just focus on tweaking your overall calories based on daily activity. For protein a gram for every lb of lbm is plenty. After that its mostly a matter of CALORIES.

He doesn't grow into a show. He cuts about 40lbs down to his contest weight.

Forget about trying to "recomp". Just cut down or get bigger but not fatter
Anything else will ruin you psychologically, just takes too long. Nobody likes to diet for half a year

This sounds good. I will be down to 10% before I start and don't mind staying at that BF.
