Been Taking Tamoxifen 20mg a day for about month now, its shit.
Switching over to Arimidex (which I know works)
How long I got to wait for the Tamoxifen to be out of my system before switching over to the dex? Day, 48 hours, week???
Don't want the Tamox to be in my system before the Dex hits if you understand.

I'm by no means an expert on the subject, but according to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tamoxifen (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tamoxifen)), tamoxifen has a half life of 7-14 hours. Meaning if we take the high end as being its half life, in about 70 hours (almost 3 days) you'd be completely clean of nolva.
Someone please correct me if I'm off on my numbers.
