Title: people think they can just "effort" there way to greatness with little structure

just go hard in the gym train a bodypart twice a week, count calories and of course protien  and thats it

very minimal structure

this sums up 10000's of pages of threads, oh and of course if that doesnt work juice

everyfood effects your genetics in different ways "epigenetics" some foods are prefferd more in the morning ect

why do you keep going on with little structure ignoring the uniqueness of each type of food

yet we will continue to see 10000's more pages of the same threads with the same minimally organized routines based upon the bare minimal aspects of nutrition for more and more years while i plead with you to atleast improve upon these structurless plans and thoughts

Unfortunately he did not learn about the evils of heme iron until it was too late. I still feel the proper respect for what he had accomplished however.

When I see you ripped with a 6 pack on your crazy diet then I will think that maybe you might be onto something, but you look like somebody who eats at macdonalds so as far as I am concerned you are just rambling like a mad man.

listen man getbiggers dont have the capacacity to get "complicated"
