I have come to realize in my 40 years of being in the gym that bodybuilders are so delusional when it comes to strength claims. Everything is either cheated or is accomplished with a short range of motion so they can pile on the weight.

You want to claim you're strong? Grab a bar loaded from the ground and lift it over head. I can hear the excuses now. I can leg press 1800lbs but lifting a 250lbs barbell over head is too complicated for me.

it was bicep curls and it was me.............. lol I saw this in the mirror.    I don't cheat very strict form.  and I do higher reps about 20 a set.  but only 8 reps with the 100s.    also this was at the end of thework out.     I don't lift anything too heavy its not needed when building a better body.  Im not a power lifter so I hardly go heavy

I used to curl 35kg dumbells, that's 77.5lbs, as part of DC training. DC mindset and Branch Warren articles in MD convinced me tendonitis in arms was par for the course so wasted hundreds of euros on physio.

10 years on I use less weight for higher reps and arms are magically 2" bigger. On less gear too.

So hard to find the balance between Weider principles horseshit and you have to constantly be stronger bullshit. Lamb shit is where it's at.
