i have a pain on the left side of left side of the stomach :( what could it be? My doctor said that i have elevated creatinine levels.. Also i eat 2 cans of tuna a day everyday is that bad? thx so much

First, I could NOT eat 2 cans of tuna a day - mainly due to the sodium levels - I would puff up.
Secondly, I would advise you to consider potential mecury level build-up from this protein
source. Of course, your call.

The pain, I would think more like descending colon on that side of your body
more likely a source of this discomfort than anything else. How IS your fiber
intake and (uncomfortable saying - asking) frequency of bowel movements.
My read IS that you want to have as many BM as you do actual meals or
your likely *bound up* - technically constipated. Most likely . . . the case.

Interesting stuff

I though i read that you didn't have to warry about mercury poisening in tuna?

I do go to the bathroom but i also do feel like going a lot when i'm not

as long as its not my kidneys down there i am happy thx for the info man!
