I stopped watching within 3 seconds of seeing the fakest bent over row ever, dude is stood up straight  ::)
 then the stiff lumpy oil filled bicep in seated rows sealed for me.

Im off to cleanse my memory with Pumping Iron and Ronnies The Unbelievable short vids. I have more respect for smaller guys like Lazarov and Panda...atleast whatever muscle they have is actual muscle fibers.
