Depends on what your cycle consist of as to if you need it or not. You can get by without it on some light cycles, but if not, somewhere in the 500iu e5d is a pretty standard way to run it. As far as injecting it, you'll find a lot of people do it 1 of 2 ways, either IM or sub-q
