work if i hit my chest and back twice a week? or should i throw a little extra in on leg days? i'm fried out on chest and back days to really work my delts...
i took that as a sign to either ask or leave them alone

Delts will get underdeveloped........wo rk on them.

Gotta work on them hard, im planning to put them on mondays to hit them at beginning of week when im fresh!

think it depends. right now im doing a lot of dips and incline bench so i dont do delts too much, mostly lateral raises

Throw in a couple of set's of PBN's on chest day. Just like Jello, you always have room for delt work. The chest work get's the anterior delts very well, so you may want to put attention on the laterial head with those PBN's. Good Luck.
