I use to use high protein diets, shakes supps... etc etc. Now all I use in 1g of test a week and a very very very strict and clean diet. 1800 cals a day. I look the best I have in years. I feel 10 years younger and my bf% is the lowest its been in 15 years, Its simple it works. I raise this question because I see so many complicated diets and workout regiments. What do you do and how have you simplified your routine with the experience over the years

probably 3500-4000 kcals... carbs around 700/day+, protein around 200/day, the rest fats.
when it's time to cut down it's protein around 300/day, carbs around 200/day, and the rest fats. with kcals around 2500-3000

maybe if your mega dosing t3 or something.
I dont see how people cut at that high of calories without restricted carbs.
I "bulk ::)" with 3000 calories and ill slowly get fat.

I'm 500 carbs 250 protein a day for 3800 cals. I usually hit those goals 4x's a week but I'm getting more consistent.
I use the myfitnesspal to keep track. I never kept track of my sodium and sugar levels, but I feel better now that I've cut those levels down.

trial n error pretty much gave me all the answers i needed, i train less now n am making great progress, i dont starve myself like i used to n im getting leaner, we get wiser as we get older
