I have a handsome proportionate face for a mixed moor. Even on cycle a small dose of sust and mast with clean diet keeps the face looking good for the ladies. But I'm not a bodybuilder as such, more of a fitness dude as I do other sports on the side.

Yes I do triathlons from time to time and maintain my swimming and cycling for cardio. Never done more than an Olympic distance though. I have none pmanned this summer but will be doing a race in November abroad.
AAS 250ml of test 250 of mast over a few months longer periods. Then come off for half a year. Normally do an oral like anavar or winny as a blast if I need to fill out from the diet.
Diet usually medium to low carb. I never eat high carb even in off season.
Lattius...what's got your knickers in a twist? Do you have severe facial edema as well?

All good, the only thing I suffer from is shin splints...I got it bad last year as I joinned a club and we did a lot of track training which was basically 800m intervals with one minute rest...the hard surface and fdistance, ce killed me pain wise with shins. I tend to space out my runs, twice a week max one interval one long run, two bike sessions one outside for two to three hours 70k avrge to 90k distabce and then three swims.

Totally agree, I must admit, it's the best feeling ever, especially when you're out for a 10k run or a big cycle and all nature you go through and sun and air you breath....and push through the pain barrier it's a great feeling of accomplishmentnwhen u get back home and endorphins make buzz for the rest of the day.
I'm focusing on my physique right now for the summer but part of me can't wait til I scale back and go full on it again then come back to this building stuff.
