Hiv+ or meth smokers? I've seen some pretty impressive specimens from both camps in terms of ripped abs, defined jaw line, vascularity etc.

Meth made me skinny fat. It eats muscle and fat.

Although I'd say it's actual physical effects are less than coke.... but mentally it's way stronger. .. and you won't want to eat for days.

When I say physically,  I mean you don't feel as 'amped up' as on coke.. heartrate, anxiery, general stimulus feeling is stronger with blow.
