Interesting article, grocery list for "clean" eating. Only $100 a week. Definitely feasible where I live as far as prices go.

Not enough carbs in any of these meals. But are they really that expensive? IMO it's not bad.

The link from the second post is only $100 a week. The bb.com meals are probably like $400 a week if that's all you ate.

Fresh and Easy

3 meals per day x 1.99 per = 41.97 a week.

they can't even give you the recommended # of meals for that price.

Do not agree

Preparing and measuring meals are the worst part

I would pay plenty to just get the right prepared food

I can make 28 meals of this type for about 20 bucks....complete ripoff

It's not always about sheer monetary values

Me exact thought.

Jenny Craig started all this...now you have frozen Lean Cuisine, South Beach, NutriSystem, and now BB.com

This won't be the last bodybuilders one. Now ALL the brands will start. What a shame...smart, but lame!

If you diet right you dont need to measure and count at all.

I never got into that shit. I can do lunchboxes and eat healthy, but I can't be bothered with cooking, counting macros and weighing food. I need to focus on other stuff.

But if I could get the food served to me I would eat it very strictly.

Writing this I realize I really need a woman who understands my dietarian needs ;D

What? You should ALWAYS count your macros if you want your nutrition to be anywhere close to optimal.
