How bad is Jason Genova's gyno? If he could afford the surgery, would you recommend that he get it?

Are you a plastic surgeon?  I have nasty gyno under my left nipple, need to get surgery but can't afford it right now.  I notice the plastic surgeons in my area (south carolina) charge around 3 grand to do both sides of the chest.  I also researched Dr. Blau up in New York b/c everyone raves about him and I noticed he charges 7 grand.  Are you familiar with him and is he that much better?  What should the average price of gyno surgery be for someone like me who only needs one side done?

thats not gyno. just puffy nips. like every 3rd guy got that.
