Just done eating a protein bar; while chewing I felt something weird in my mouth like some kind of plastic or glass, for a second I thought I shattered one tooth.... then I found these nasty little pieces of who knows what in it ....
What should I do?

Nothing to worry about that only happens once in a life time plus the amount of quality protein found in a single bar makes up for it ...
