Hey guys im planning to work with a coach, john meadows and charles glass have an affordable price for me, which one is better ? John seems a little bit complicated with a lot of fat use lol, need your help guys , want someone who help me to put in more muscles and more density, dont know about charles glass in terms of gears and nutrition....so...
