Isometric Bicep Training
-
Isometrics are no longer in Vogue but if you think about it Posing is a type of Isometric Training, flexing and Holding muscles in a pose. i think it was Arnold who said Posing is a workout in its self. so really if you in the later stages before a Show did direct isometrics it could help..

Bruce Lee made my childhood a better place to be. Loved to go and see his movies. After the show me and my friends would be Karate fighting each other. Practicing his kicks and braking fences on the way home. Cutting my moms broom up and making nunchucks out of it.
It was good times. lol

yes we all had a pic of him on the wall.. when i was a kid it was really a big Thing all the martial arts. He was very much into weight Training.. full Body but also lower arms,abs...lots of Detail. Modern thinking for a fighter at that time. I mean some People thought you got tight muscles from cycling then...LOL not saying he was the best fighter or he is the Man but he did have his eyes wide open for Modern Training ideas and later he said he really learned about diet from Bodybuilders.

Interesting when you compare Oyamas Training to Bruce Lee.. oyama was a powerful built man.

Rocky was an institution for any kid living in Philly (me) at that time.
When Star Wars came out in 1977, all these came down, except for the Farrah poster. ;)
