It's a long video but rich talks about how this was the best product he ever used,Rich also talks price,and how it's almost impossible to get. if you can't watch the whole video watch the first few minutes and then watch around 5 minutes till the end. I know Rich is nobody special but he is a pretty big guy and does know what he is talking about

You can only buy it directly from the manufacturer , through a doctor who treats dwarfism. How did plastic arms get it exactly?

Sadly it's the only legit igf1 out there which makes no sense as igf1 + igfbp3 would have so many medical uses. Thanks baseball and congress.
