Luiz Frietas (sp)

Yes, that is indeed Luiz Freitas of Brazil who was world amateur champ in 87 having tested positive in 86.   Not the best physique and was totally outclassed in the pros.

12iu's is nothing....he's probably doing about 20-25iu's/day.

Come on I don't think anybody would take more than 15 IU a day.

There is a guy at my gym who tried 10 IU and he wasn't feeling well

Muscular obliques are sick.  They are a sign of power.  All real strength athletes have them. A tiny waist might look more aesthetic but it does not look herculean.  A bulgeing gut looks bad but muscular obliques add to the look of power.

Wtf, a wide waist doesn't straight away mean power. a small waist and broad shoulders has always spelled power for any physique.

Bodybuilding isn't about power it's about being Big AND ripped.

Powerlifting is about power.

If you want a powerful looking physique you would want to look like Kaz.  Because at a low bodyfat you're not you're strongest.

Jay's waist has gotten wider.

I would say that 30iu + per day is more like it in the pros.

I concur with this.

I also concur that Sebastian needs a new idol.
