I wasn't sure, that's why I asked getbig. In these days of fake plates á la Tuna&Ramen etc I don't know what a real 45 plate looks like anymore.

Im just not impressed. Like I said I know a 22 year old who looks like he is always 4-5 weeks out from a show  but he keeps this condition all year always is around 210 lbs at 7% BF maybe 5 ft 9IN  5ft 10in at most and he is just as strong as this 300 lb guy who looks a mess. I was kind of impressed with the no hands squats but not really that smart of a lift and that deadlift is nothing special 7 plates a side is nothing crazy. 500 lb bench press for 3 reps isn't that crazy either! I guess I'm left saying "so what".
