Hey guys! I have a question. I searched throught the old post and couldn't fina what I needed.
I have an upcoming show and want to use my clen. Is there a rule of thumb for how many mcg per lb of bw and if I can alternate with effedrine? Just got off DECA a few months ago.

Typical dose ranges:
men: 100-140mcg ed
women: 80-100mcg ed
Cycle it 2wk on 2wk off and on the off wks use your ECA stack

Don't forget to ramp up the dosage as you can tolerate it 8)

You can take it when dieting, on or off.
If you aren't sure how it affects you, go with low doses throughout the day. 40MCG increments........
I usually top out at 120MCG ed when I use it.

Only thing worse than the shakes are when you are too low on potassium and you get the cramps.

biggest thing with clen for me is the hard heart beats, when goin to sleep, my heart feels like its goin to beat right out of my chest! weird feeling.

Fuck Yah, those cramps really mess your day up. Just ingest K+ supplement as needed.

Not quite. I sweat easily as it is...I can't take over 80mcg during the spring/summer or else I'm changing my shirt twice a shift while at work.

The cramps during sex only happened to me once & it was fucked up. My legs got so cramped up that I started thrashing around. She thought I was really getting into it so she starts riding harder. Finally it was hurting so bad & I couldn't take it (I was in tears by this point) so I had to throw her off me. She was pissed at first but then a little understanding - I guess she could tell I was really in pain by the tears in my eyes.

Most will take an ECA stack the 2wks off from clen. So it's 2wks clen, 2wks ECA, 2wks clen, 2wks ECA etc.

ok, I am just doing some research on it now. I have been using Vasopro and caffeine for the last 3 weeks and was considering trying some clen. I am on a low calorie diet and I am working out but I am limited in cardio I can do since I am healing from a foot injury.
would I notice a drastic difference between clen and the EC stack for the 2 weeks I would be using clen

Like DIV already said, it varies person to person, I get more out of clen then I do ECA, but that is not so for everyone.

Drastic?
No.
Clen burns more noticeable fat, if you are already lean.
ECA is more of a primer for a workout, it burns fat, but through a different mechanism.
They work completely different.

So let's see ~ if you follow Rimbaud's schedule (which is good) you'd need 54 tabs X 6 = 324 tabs
I generally take clen for two weeks at a time & then take two weeks off. Here's my usual schedule:
40mcg, 40mcg, 40mcg, 40mcg, 80mcg, 80mcg, 80mcg, 80mcg, 120mcg, 120mcg, 120mcg, 120mcg, 80mcg, & 40mcg (then two weeks off)
