So I tried something today I got angry with the weights and started cursing the weights and staying fuck you as I started to lift and when I feel my muscles gettting tired I screamed out you aint nothing you piece of shit, then I paced back and forth with a piss off look between sets cursing under my breath.
I got some weird looks and this guy look at me nervously like he thought I was going to attack him but I got more energy and reps out of the sets you guys should try it.

I always did that sort of thing when I was powerlifting and it helped.

Back when I was a youngster if load up on pre workout, it either get my totally fucking pissed the fuck off or high as a kite, I like the being high part but getting pissed is not the best idea

It's funny you mention that
Because today I tried something
I injected 2 cc of tren ace into my ventro glute
And 1 cc of EQ there as well!
Then I ate some proviron with a nice glass of milk
Then I injected 2 amps of test depot human grade one in each bicep
Because I inject my test every Wednesday
And I sometimes run two days late
On stuff that doesn't matter
Like getting angry in the gym

I train at my home gym. I don't put on a pathetic "show" in order to impress other gym members.

being high at the gym seems to motivate you but fools you into thinking you are going to failure.. you tend to think you are going really hard but in reality you are more in tune with your effort when you are straight.
being angry also robs you of good performance..all that emotion, negative emotion, has a similar effect. time and time again, over years of training, the worst workouts were when things were bothering me.
the best ones were when i was at peace, and straight. without a doubt. and from what i read, that lines up with all kinds of well being studies.

After the trainer screamed "fuck off you pieces of shit!", to all the olympic plates in the gym, he went really heavy on flat bench presses.

I moved a bench into Smith Machine today to do reverse grip bench while finishing dips. Planned on doing preacher curls in between. Some fat dickhead almost immediately moved bench so he could do some faggy lunge movement in smith machine.
I shrugged and did biceps til he finished.
Years ago I was doing superset of machine press and pushups. While doing pushups (right beside machine) some whore personal trainer stile machine and said she had divine right to use machine (or similar). I flipped. She insisted as she was training some fat nobody she should get machine.
That made me rage, fuck all else does.

Training angry I am stronger. Not sure if it results in bigger muscle size though.
