the leaky gut theory in short is when you at something a get a zit somehere is because the food you ate goes right into the blood stream like a simple sugar so that food bit is traveling in your blood stream and your immune system attacks it leaving that red zit, stuff like kale keep this from happening and digest your foods properly so they dont just pass from your gut into your blood stream!

its funny ive had this killer rash for a few months and all the while this few months ive had zero kale!!!!! ive been eating veggies and sometimes beans, i was eating plenty of fruits but no cruciferous veggies

I saw a episode of dr oz talking about leaky gut. My doctor has never even mentioned it to me.
