Pre-contest pics are very misleading sometimes. That's Wolf between an average gymrat and a german amateur. I think the depletion and carbing up process the last few days makes one helluva difference regarding volume etc.

I still can't get over Phil Cheath constant stepping over the line, even after judge noted it. What a childish move. It's pity there is no penalty for that.

You can tell by his face that he's at least 10-15% better than last year. Eyebrows, specifically, indicate significant trap improvement, especially in the rear lat spread.

No, .2012 Kai is Mr. Olympia physique. A prime Kai is better than a prime Jay, Phil and Dexter. Below Ronnie, Oliva, Haney and Dorian but above Mr. Os including Columbo, Zane, Arnold, Dickerson, and Scott.

No it dosn;t kai's face is always bloated like crazy. I think he has some kidney problmes we don't know about or he stays on anadrol or dbol up to the day of the show. kai's face is very suspect it just always looks like it's retaining way too much water. Look at dexter off-season dexters face sometimes gets a little puffy but come contest time dexters face looks mad dry and you can see how hard he diets he looks so tired under the eyes sometimes.dexter is def getting some high grade diuretics. Like i said look at Kai when he was climbing the national scene before he turned pro his face never held water like that. I think he has kidney issues or he is using something like anadrol or dbol up to show day.

I was! I think dexter had the best Mr.O physique in along time! Dexter really nailed it in 07 and the year he won in 08. dexter is what bodybuilding is about! longevity and beating ass at shows and always coming in at your best no excuses! I can;t think back and name a show where i said "man dexter sure looked like shit and blew his conditioning" dexter always brings it.
The best two guys in 07 and 08 were dexter jackson and melvin anthony both guys gained a solid 10-15 lbs of pure lean muscle tissue. Dexter was just a little more alete but the changes i saw between 06 to 07 in dexter and melvin were crazy.

I don;t see how a physique could look much better then dextrs did when he won the mr. O in 08. I saw a flawless physique and don;t say anything negative unless you have seen dexter in person the guy is in crazy shape. craziest triceps i have ever seen maybe not the biggest but detail and conditioning was crazy. I'm glad some of these smaller guys are getting credit. Phil, Dexter and rhoden have the best physiques-IMO. I am not into that science project look, plus if you have seen wolf in person without his color on his skin is awful and i think he has some type of hair plug going on.
