Elyptical or stair stepper...treadmill to painful on my knees

i cant walk for cardio....or cycle slowly...doesnt do anything for me.
so i do about 10 minutes of running.

wish i could do more swimming....

does sex count as cardio?

run/jog/walk in the gym for an hour in the morning for 5 miles and if i have time or enough energy after my third workout I do 30 more minutes of cardio,,

is walking for 20 mins-30 mins beneficial at all?
Shit yes, If you walk at a brisk pace for a half hour at say 4 to 5 mph you will be sweating and breathing hard.

5 min. walk on treadmill, then 15 min. slow jog...tops....

30 minutes Treadmill, 6.5 mph, 1% incline twice a week

On saturday nights I get my running man and roger rabitt on at Pure in Caesers Palace!!! ;D
