Been Slowly getting back into the GYM and back into the love of the Dieting and Training...
After watching the Pathetic Olympia with Kai and Phil having a High School SPAT I decided to say Hello
I been back in the gym on the regular basis for about 4 weeks now sitting around 265lbs....never looking to go anywhere but a new personal best and enjoy the Journey

After watching Kai acting like a total fool with Phil.....Um Grapefruits were around long before Phil not sure Why he is hating Phil over the Daddy he never had to educate him on not doing shit that will hurt his future.
I did get a laugh Palumbo has now dragged Lonnie and Ruth into his VERY SMALL world. Talk about desperate doing a show from a couch in a hotel room.....soon Weinberger will pull all the press passes and Palumbo will be praying on his clients and back to selling Gear

When I used to get pissed at my mom and dad I used to say, "I am not a sheep, I will not do what you want me to do like all the other parents." I felt important not to be among the "sheep." Then again I was 14 and stupid.

I did miss it, although I caught the picture post of your broken neck. Must have been some injury to change your posture so drastically. Guess you are lucky to be alive.
My mom broke/cracked her neck falling in the bathtub once when she was either stoned or drunk. She ended up in a body cast for months. It didn't seem to affect her posture any though.
