I got some gyno the flared up. I've been taking 40mg nolvadex and 1mg of anastrozole for 1 week now. On the 8th day today I woke up in the morning fine. I was standing straight my room about 5 minutes standing still while thinking, and all of the sudden my whole back just locked and cramped up. I could barely breathe because the muscles were so cramped. It lasted about a minute. Luckily I was standing straight when it happened so I could just stand Still till it went away.
1. Is this from the anastrozole and nolvadex?
2. Is there any supplements that help with cramps? I Google adex sides and a lot of women taking them for breastfeeding cancer recommend slow mag supplement...
3. I drank last night to....is this why?
4. Should I lower the dose? The gyno improved a lot and hate to slow results now?

adex = less water retention
+alcohol = dehydration
---- = cramps

That's what I was thinking as well....that's why I shared that info.
I'll definitely stay hydrated. I'm going to take potassium and slowmag as well.

Taurine works wonders for cramps. I take it daily as part of my daily supplement program.

Magnesium if it was from loss of water
