guys,
am bored of doin my this routine since 6 months, can u all tell me about other routines .
eg: drop sets,cheat sets,rest pause etc.
wanna know how many type of routines are there plz give some link or details.
my routine is 4 day .
mon-chest+tri
wed_back+bi
fri-shoulder+thigh
sat-traps+abs+calves

I liked 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off. Chest,Legs,Shoulders,OFF,Arms,Back,OFF. but dont change anything that is working for you....for me having tris on chest day and bis on back day didnt' work at all.

Do the 4 times a week each bodypart (3 sets per bodypart) routine that I am on , I am having good results with it, and the owner of the gym I work out at thinks I must be on something with the good gains I have had the last 3 weeks !!!
